The cooling effect can last for up to three hours, depending on the surrounding temperature and conditions. Once your dog leaves the pad, it automatically recharges after approximately 15–20 minutes of non-use.
For an extra-cool surface, the pad may also be placed in the refrigerator before use.

The pad is activated by your dog’s body weight and heat. Only light pressure is needed, making it suitable for dogs of different sizes.

Choose a size that allows your dog to lie comfortably with as much of their body as possible resting on the pad.
Cool Pet Pad vs. Chillz Cooling Mat
The Cool Pet Pad is the more premium option. Its firmer gel is designed to remain more evenly distributed when your dog lies down, creating a more supportive and cushioned surface. It also features reinforced edges and is compatible with specially designed Cool Pet Pad covers.
The Chillz mat uses a softer, more fluid gel and does not include the same reinforced construction.
Care Instructions
Clean using a soft cloth, mild soap and water. Wipe thoroughly and allow the pad to dry completely before use or storage.
Store in a cool, dry place. For extended storage, place the pad inside the original plastic bag when available.

- Do not expose the pad to direct sunlight or excessive heat, as this may reduce its cooling performance.

- Although the gel is non-toxic, contact a veterinarian if your pet ingests any part of the pad.
